We do our best to provide you with the most complete descriptions and high quality product images for all of our products, but we know that questions do arise! Why are some of your prices online different from prices in store?
Many of our suppliers require retailers to meet a minimum advertised price(“MAP” pricing) on specific products. We also offer online-only specials on certain items.
How do I calculate shipping costs?
To calculate shipping costs you must first add an item to your basket by entering the desired quantity and clicking “Add to Basket”. You will be taken to your basket, which now contains your item. You should see a shipping truck icon under the basket and a link that reads “Shipping Calculator”. Clicking on the link will open a small pop-up containing the shipping calculator. Enter your city and zip code and click “Calculate Shipping” to receive an estimated shipping cost for your order. Please note that unless registered, no personally identifying or financial information has been collected. A discount may be added to an order if our actual shipping cost is lower than the price our ‘Shipping Calculator’ set. Faster shipping options are available, but please be aware that these services can be very expensive (overnight shipping can run over $50.00). Free shipping applies to standard ground shipments only, no oversize(sticks/shafts) or overweight packages.
What methods of payment do you accept?

Can you ship an order outside the United States?
Unfortunately most of our suppliers do not allow us to ship their products out of the country. We also cannot accept foreign credit cards and/or a card with a billing address outside the U.S. Also please note UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes.
Do you charge sales tax?
Gunzo’s Sports Center, Inc. is based in Illinois, so if your billing address is in the state of Illinois then we are required to charge state sales tax on your purchase.
How do I place an order?

You may calculate shipping for your order, or begin (shipping is calculated during checkout as well) the checkout process by clicking “Proceed to Checkout”. You will move through several steps designed to collect your shipping, billing, and payment information before you are taken to a confirmation screen. Here you will be able to confirm that your information and order contents are correct before sending the order. To complete your transaction you will click “Place Your Order” and the order will be processed.
How will I know that my transaction has been accepted?
If there are any problems with processing payment you will be notified immediately and provided an opportunity to modify the payment information and retry your order. If your transaction is approved you will be notified immediately and be taken to a copy of your invoice, which you can review and/or print. You will also receive an order confirmation/invoice at the email address you used to register.

How will my order ship?
Most orders are shipped by UPS or USPS, within Continental USA. Larger orders may need to ship using Truck Service. Most orders ship within two business days. You will be informed immediately via email if there is a problem or issue with your shipment that is causing or may result in a delay.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Average transit times are 5-7 business days for UPS Ground and Truck Service, and 2-3 business days for UPS 2nd Day Air.
How can I check the status of my order?
Customers can request a UPS tracking number or Truck Service Pro number as soon as your order ships. You will be able to track the progress of your shipment via UPS Online or for larger shipments, by contacting Customer Service at 1-800-PRO-GOAL or by sending us an email.
How do I return an order?
Please follow these steps if you ever need to return or exchange an order:
- Call 1-800-PRO-GOAL (800-776-4625) to request a Return Authorization number.
- You should receive your RA number via email within 12 hours.
- Returns must be made within seven days from the date of receipt.
- Be sure your name, address and RA number are clearly stated on the return address portion of the package.
- If shipping from a mailing center (they typically use their address) be sure to request that your address be featured.

As long as the product is in like-new condition you will be refunded the entire cost of the product excluding all shipping costs and certain items may incur a restocking fee. Return shipping is at your expense. You will be notified by email when your return has been received and your refund processed.
What if an item is damaged or defective?
Please inspect all packages upon receipt. Do not sign for packages or items that are delivered damaged. Please contact us at 1-800-PRO-GOAL (800-776-4625) immediately to report a damaged shipment. An item damaged during shipping or received defective will be replaced.
Please remember to contact us immediately if you discover an item is damaged or defective. All damaged packages/items must be reported at time of receipt. All defective items must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
