2009 WARRIOR WARRANTY POLICY

Log onto the Warrior website (www.warriorhockey.com) and visit our service center for more information 
                 
ONE PIECE STICK WARRANTY
* The Swagger is not covered under warranty 
                 
Warrior Hockey warrants, to the original customer only, that its Hockey Sticks (see above) will be free from defects during
normal use for THIRTY (30) DAYS from the date of original retail purchase provided: (see conditions 1-7 below)
 
1) The stick was purchased from an authorized Warrior Hockey dealer.
2) The stick is accompanied by receipt (original proof of purchase. No photocopies or hand written receipts will be accepted).
3) The stick broke during normal use as a result of manufacturer’s defect.
4) The stick was not exposed to an open flame & shows no signs of being heated from an outside source
5) The stick was not damaged by contact with a skate, stick, boards, goal, bench, or another player, etc. 
6) The stick was not a factory second, purchased used or NHL Pro Stock
7) The stick was not a promotional giveaway, demo stick or sample product.     
 
Warrior, upon receipt and approval of your return, will send you a stick of the same model. If the style is no longer available 
Warrior will replace it with a product of equal or greater value.  The ability to upgrade returned products is not offered. 
                 
SMALL DINGS AND SCRATCHES MAY OCCUR DURING NORMAL USE AND ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.
                 
Warranty policy covers a one time replacement on the original purchased item only   
                 
All sticks will have a serial number that must be peeled off and placed on the original proof of purchase in order for replacement!
2 PIECE SHAFT WARRANTY
*Shaft only - Blades are not covered under warranty
 
Warrior Hockey warrants, to the original customer only, that its Hockey Shafts (see above) will be free from defects during
normal use for THIRTY (30) DAYS from the date of original retail purchase provided: (see conditions 1-8 below)
 
1) The shaft was purchased from an authorized Warrior Hockey dealer.
2) The shaft is accompanied by receipt (original proof of purchase. No photocopies or hand written receipts will be accepted).
3) The shaft broke during normal use as a result of manufacturer’s defect.
4) The Warrior shaft was used with a Warrior blade.         
5) The shaft was not exposed to an open flame & shows no signs of being heated from an outside source
6) The shaft was not damaged by contact with a skate, shaft, boards, goal, bench, or another player, etc. 
7) The shaft was not a factory second, purchased used or NHL Pro Stock
8) The shaft was not a promotional giveaway, demo shaft or sample product.     
 
** Replacement blades are not covered by any warranty        
 
Warrior, upon receipt and approval of your return, will send you a shaft of the same model. If the style is no longer available 
Warrior will replace it with a product of equal or greater value.  The ability to upgrade returned products is not offered.

PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT WARRANTY
 
Warrior Hockey warrants, to the original customer only, that its HOCKEY GLOVES, PANTS, SHIN GUARDS, SHOULDER PADS,
 and ELBOW PADS will be free from defects during normal use for THIRTY (30) DAYS
 from the date of original retail purchase provided: (see 1-5 below)
 
1) The protective equipment was purchased from an authorized Warrior Hockey dealer.
2) The customer retains proof of purchase from the original transaction; (store receipt, credit card statement, etc.)
3) The protective equipment have not been gratuitously abused, altered, defaced, or otherwise negligently damaged; and
4) The protective equipment were not purchased used or NHL Pro Stock
                 
Warrior, upon receipt and approval of your return, will send you new protective equipment . If the style is no longer available,
Warrior will replace it with a product of equal or greater value.  The ability to upgrade returned products is not offered. 
Normal wear and tear should be expected on protective equipment. 
Defective palms must be replaced within the warranty period.

BAGS /  ACCESSORIES WARRANTY
All Bags & Accessories
*Warrior apparel, warm-ups & jerseys are not covered under this warranty
 
Warrior Hockey warrants, to the original customer only, that its BAGS  & ACCESSORIES will be free from defects
 (i.e. stitching, material flaws) during normal use for THIRTY (30) DAYS from the date of original retail purchase provided:
 
1) The bag or accessory was purchased from an authorized Warrior Hockey dealer
2) The customer retains proof of purchase from the original transaction (store receipt, credit card statement, etc.)
3) The bag or accessory has not been gratuitously abused, altered, defaced, or otherwise negligently damaged; and
4) The bag or accessory  was not purchased used or NHL Pro Stock
 
Warrior, upon receipt and approval of your return, will send you a new bag or accessory piece.  If the style is no longer available,
Warrior will replace it with a product of equal or greater value.  The ability to upgrade returned products is not offered.

WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS
 
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT COVERED BY ANY WARRANTY POLICY:
- ALL Promotional items (camp giveaways, raffle items, etc.)
- ALL NHL Pro Stock items            
- ALL Purchased "used" products          
- ALL replacement blades            
                 
TO MAKE A RETURN
 
Please follow these steps in order to return defective product for replacement.
 
Step #1: Locate your receipt and confirm that the product you wish to return is still within its warranty period.
Step #2: Visit our web site at www.warriorhockey.com and fill out an online request form, and wait for an email with a
authorization number (see the service center link on our website for return information).
Step #3: Package the defective product with proof of purchase and write your return authorization number clearly on the outside
of the package.  YOU MUST HAVE AN RA # TO MAKE A RETURN WITH WARRIOR SPORTS

*Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Warrior 
* Warrior will pay all normal freight charges (UPS ground) to send back the replacement product.
