What does this warranty cover?
Bauer Hockey, Inc. will provide a one-time replacement of your composite stick/shaft/replacement blade, if broken due to a manufacturing defect WITHIN 30 DAYS from the date of purchase. The original receipt must be sent along with the serial number sticker, which should be adhered to the receipt and match the serial number on the stick. Returns must be shipped out within 14 days of the RA being issued. Visa, MasterCard, etc statements are not accepted as receipts. Receipts must have the store’s name and address on them.
What does the warranty policy not cover?
The warranty policy does not cover any breakages, due to misuse or abuse. This policy does not cover wood sticks/shafts/replacement blades, pro stock sticks, or sticks sold by Bauer Hockey’s Team Sales Group. We will not repair the stick/shaft/replacement blade or refund your money. We will not return ship any broken sticks/shafts/replacement blades.
How to get warranty service
Option 1-Website
For the quickest and most efficient service, visit us at www.bauer.com to obtain a return authorization number and a return address. You must send, at your expense, the product along with the serial number sticker, which should be adhered to the receipt and match the serial number on the stick to the address provided. If you have a broken shaft, we do allow the stick to be cut in half, below or above the break, to help reduce shipping charges.
Please note that upon examination, Bauer Hockey determines (at our sole discretion) that there is a manufacturing defect, we will ship a new stick/shaft/replacement blade to the address you provide. We must have a full mailing address; we cannot ship to box numbers.
Option 2-E-Mail
You may send an e-mail to warranty.nbh@bauer.com requesting an authorization number, please include full mailing address, phone number, model: name of stick, variation: left or right, blade pattern and flex, serial number and date of purchase. An RA will be created and sent via a return e-mail with the necessary RA number and full mailing address where to return your stick/shaft/replacement blade.

Are there important exclusions/limitations?
This warranty limits the duration of any implied warranties, such as the warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the duration of this express warranty. In addition, this warranty excludes our liability for incidental or consequential damages.
How does local law relate to this warranty?
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary regionally or nationally. Some locales do not allow limitations on the length of time an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
